Since its completion, Dongjiang Talent Community, a key government project and a model of rental housing in Tianjin, has attracted nearly a hundred enterprises to sign leases, providing an ideal home for a large number of talents from other regions.

Mexarts Contract (referred to as "Mexarts" below) is responsible for two core projects within Dongjiang Talent Community: Haike Apartments (777 units) and Dongjiang GtEL Hotel (136 units), providing comprehensive solutions from space soft furnishing design to product support. With an international perspective and leveraging the expertise and capabilities of full-service specialists, Mexarts presents a masterpiece for the Dongjiang Talent Community project.

GtEL Hotel

Creating a Quality Business Travel Experience

Drawing on years of experience in designing high-end hotels both domestically and internationally, Mexarts has developed soft furnishing design concepts tailored to the positioning, user demands, and interior schemes of the Dongjiang GtEL Hotel project.

From a user experience perspective, Mexarts defines space styles and optimizes functional layouts, ensuring that from overall design to product development and support, the solution achieves perfect implementation with "efficiency, high quality, and high fidelity" as its core principles.

Haike Apartments

Building a Model for Rental Living

Based on the refined small-unit space, expanding the landscape space to create an "outdoor large HOUSE," Mexarts interprets a modern community tailored for young demographics, embarking on a vibrant journey of fashion, sophistication, and artistry. With a design philosophy rooted in "practical aestheticism," Mexarts enhances the residential experience to cater to diverse living needs, bringing a fresh upgrade to living standards.

Based on extensive research into long-term rental apartments domestically and internationally, we found that young people today commonly face issues such as "low aesthetics, lack of belonging, poor functionality, inadequate storage, and lack of humanization" in their current rental experiences.

During the initial design phase, there is a strong focus on conducting in-depth analyses of urban context, surrounding business characteristics, preferences of potential user demographics in terms of age, lifestyle, and emotional needs. This multidimensional approach aims to create homes that combine aesthetics, functionality, humanization, and personalization.

Through the power of design, breathe life into spaces.

"Powerful design must resonate deeply with the heart and stand the test of time."
Mexarts always adheres to a "people-oriented, demand-driven" design philosophy, customizing residences for an ideal lifestyle that is "beautiful, functional, and warm."

In the future, Mexarts will continue to expand its integrated design + product full-service capabilities, empowering domestic long-term rental apartments and talent housing projects. This aims to create rental experiences that embody quality, a sense of belonging, and happiness.
